Peddars fishing tackle shop had occupied this site for decades, and when they ceased trading, KTA was asked to design architectural plans for a block of four flats to replace the old ramshackle buildings.

All of the flats have double aspect windows to front and rear, plus large kitchen / dining rooms.
The site is within easy walking distance of Dunstable town centre, and there is an attractive amenity space at the rear where the owners can sit out and enjoy the sunshine.
